For this episode we spoke to Dr Katy Guy, she has been working with Front Runner Events since 2015 and has established herself as a key member of the Front Runner Events team. Covering all aspects of event day medical management planning and working alongside St John Cymru Wales, Katy's expertise and professionalism has helped the team develop robust practices across the events portfolio. During the podcast David and Katy chat about event planning, some of the issues that occur on race day and what runners can do to help themselves achieve more out of our events and make it a more enjoyable experience overall. We would like to dedicate this episode to the memory Gerallt Davies MBE, who sadly passed away on 20 April 2020 after contracting Coronavirus.
